Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Packaging: Products should be returned in their original packaging or in a suitable alternative that ensures they arrive in good condition.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@hadesfightwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions.
- Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely and ship it back to us using the provided return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges within the EEA. Follow the return process to send back the item you wish to exchange and indicate the desired size or color in your return request.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item. We will provide an invoice for the shipping cost once the exchange request is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@hadesfightwear.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the refund amount will be reduced by our standard shipping fee.
